Advisors: (1.) Jiarti Kusbandiyah, S.SiT.,M.Kes.; (2.) dr. Indah Serinurani EffendirnEast Java has got the highest mortality rate caused by asphyxia and Low Birth Weight (LBW). In preventing asphyxia and LBW, early detection on pregnant women should be done more frequently during pregnancy by using Puji Rohyati Score and growing Birthing Planning and Complication Prevention Program (P4K) program and a new method, hypnotherapy.rnThis study aims at finding the effect of hypnotherapy on the fetal health covering the fetal heart rate, weight, and movement. This study employs quasi experimental method, that is measuring the fetal health stability pre and ante hypnotherapy is applied. 12 pregnant women were the sample of the study. The result of the study was analyzed by using Wilcoxon test and paired T-test.rnThe result of the study showed that hypnotheraphy affects the fetal heart rate with p (0.002) α (0.05). Hypnotherapy did not affect fetal movement by paired T- test p (0.571)
