DIII Midwifery Study crogram of Widyagama Health Science College. Advisors: (1) dr. Ruddy J, MMRS, (2) M.Natsir Lisan S., S.Sos, MMrnComplementary foods are supplement foods for babies. The Complementary foods is given beside breast milk before babies of 6 months able to endanger the babies health, such as diarrhea, constipation and allergy. Constipations is difficulty or feces passage delay. Based on, data at midwife practitioner Endah Pujiati, Palaan Village, Ngajum Regency there are 19 babies 0-6 months experienced constipation. The research aimed to know The relation of providing breast-milk complementary foods.rnThe research used analytic research design with cross sectional study approach and chi square statistic test. The used variables were giving breast-milk complementary foods and constipation. The research populations were babies of 0-6 months ever got have constipation were 19 babies. The sample taking by using total sampling. While the data collection by using questionnaire.rnThe results showed that 16 babies (84.2%) have got constipation because of providing breast-milk complementary foods and 3 babies (15.85) have got constipation because of breast-milk. From the research, it was found that providing breast-milk complementary foods relate the constipation. After hypothesis test with  =0.05. It is found that the Pearson Chi square = 0.04
