The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge mother primiparous meneran technique in normal childbirth. Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers at the BPS Kristiani,Amd.Keb Village Sempol Pagak District Malang Regency on June 21, 2013 primiparous maternal obtained in April to May 2013 were 16 maternal primiparous of 16 ( 100 % ) primiparous maternal meneran not know the correct way .rnThis research was analytic correlation by using a questionnaire instrument. Sampling technique in this study was the total population in BPS Kristiani,Amd.Keb Village Sempol Pagak Malang District in June - the month of July 2013 15 respondents.rnThe results showed a relationship to the level of knowledge mother primiparous meneran technique in normal childbirth. Knowledge primiparous mothers are at levels less percentage of 46.7 % and engineering meneran primiparous mothers are at levels less percentage of 46.7 %. Based on the results of statistical tests on the data analysis, Spearman Rank correlation between knowledge of the techniques meneran with a significant level of α = 0.05 obtained obtained p = 0.001 < α indicates that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of the techniques meneran primiparous mothers.
