HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU NIFAS TENTANG MANAJEMEN LAKTASI TERHADAP KELUARNYA ASI PASCA PERSALINAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PAGAK KABUPATEN MALANG
Knowledge is everything that is known after seeing and sensing. Factors affecting rnthe knowledge, education, intelligence, age, experience, information and the environment. rnEverything governance needed to support successful breastfeeding so the baby can be fed rnproperly called lactation management. Preliminary study on postpartum day 3 and 4 in the rnworking area Pagak Health Center in May 2012, from 10 pregnant women who are 4 people her rnmilk is out, with treatment for post-partum and breast feeding the correct position. This study rnaims to determine the relationship between knowledge management of postpartum lactation on rnpostpartum breast discharge in the working area Pagak Malang. rn The independent variables in this study were mother's knowledge about the rnmanagement of postpartum lactation, whereas the dependent variable is the milk discharge. rnThis study used cross sectional design, which was conducted in August 2012. Population and rnstudy sample was puerperal women who gave birth in a health facility in the working area health rncenter Pagak in August 2012. Total sampling using sampling techniques. Data obtained from rninterviews with 15 soal.dan observation questionnaires discharge ASI. rnFrom the results showed that 64.5% postpartum knowledge about lactation rnmanagement is excellent, and 61.3% puerperal women on day-3-4 exit to his milk. Testing rnresults showed a chi-square statistic X2 count greater than X2tabel (8.3> 3.84). Variables can rnbe said about the knowledge of postpartum lactation management related to breastfeeding rnpostpartum discharge. in other words Ho refused and H1 accepted, we can conclude there is a rnrelationship between the variables of management knowledge postpartum lactation (X1) with rnbreastfeeding postpartum discharge (Y), at the 0.05 level. rnThe conclusion of this study most of the knowledge both in and out breastfeeding rnmothers on days 3 and 4 so that there is a relationship between knowledge management of rnpostpartum lactation on postpartum breast discharge. Relative to the required increase in the rnimportance of health promotion in the postpartum management for success breastfeeding rnpostpartum discharge
