Unpreparedness in facing is one factor that causes high rate maternal mortality. An organized program for the Ministry of Health to support steps to lower MMR is a class for pregnant women. A preliminary study obtained 8 of 13 pregnant women who took or did not take class for pregnant women was 61,5 % ready to face labor. Objective of study is to find Correlation of Primigravida’s Participation In Class for Pregnant Mother and Readiness to Face Labor In Masturoh, Amd Midwife Partitioner, Malang.rnThe type of this study is observational analytic with cross sectional approach by using was research instrument in form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research samples taken from all primigravida at second and third trimester who follow and did not follow class for pregnant women were twenty-nine people.rnThe result of the study indicates that primigravida take a class for pregnant mother is 76,9 % ready for delivery, 25 % enough and less ready for delivery. While primigravida that do not take class for pregnant mother, 23,1 % ready for delivery, 75 % enough and less ready for delivery. Conclusion of this research primigravida that take a class for pregnant mother is ready than primigravida that does not take the class.
