(II) Gunawan, S.KM., M.SirnRegularity in doing gymnastic for elderly is a series of organized and purposeful movement done by the elderly routinely with the aim of improving the physical function to achieve that goal. Preliminary study was conducted in Posyandu Anggur RT 01 RW 04 Kolursari Village Bangil Sub-district Pasuruan Regency in total 20 participants in March 2013, which consisted of 19 women who mostly as housewives and 1 man ( retired ). Objective of the study is to identify the effect of regular gymnastic to sleep pattern of elderly in posyandu anggur in kolursari village, bangil sub-district, pasuruan regency.rnThe research method used was a correlation analysis with cross-sectional approach. Measuring instruments used for variable regularity to do gymnastics for elderly is attendance list of participants, while the elderly variable sleep patterns is questionnaires. The samples used were elderly with a population of 20 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Analysis of these results using the Chi - Square test analysis.rnThe results of 18 respondents from 16 respondents who regularly do gymnastics for elderly have a good sleep patterns as much as 14 respondents (77.8 %), while 2 (11.1 %) respondents who do not regularly do gymnastics for elderly have bad sleep patterns. From the results of chi - square test sig < α (0.05), the value 0.01 < 0.05 means that H1 is accepted.
