Wira Daramatasia M.Biomed, Advisors (2) Koento Martono.,Msi.rnDiarrhea is an abnormal and liquid stool expenditure in greater frequency than usual. The purpose of this study is to identifity the description of knowledge of 4-6 grades elementary school student about diarrhea in SDN tumpakrejo 6 kalipare sub district malang regency.rnThe study used a descriptive design that is intended to describe the level of knowledge of elementary school student about diarrhea. Samples taken from elementary school student about diarrhea. Samples taken from elementary school student were 68 respondent. Sampling tecnique was total sampling. Instrument used for data collection was questionare.rnBased on the result of the study from 68 respondent, it is obtained that 41 respondent (60,2%) have good knowledge, 25 respondent (36,8%) have enough knowledge, 2 respondent (3%) have less knowledge, 0 respondent (0%) have bad knowledge. Of the 68 respondent, 63 respondent (92,7%) have been informed and 5 respondent (7,3%) have not received information about diarrhea. The source of such information from parent or relatives is 9 respondent (37,5%), and who has not obtained information about diarrhea is 3 respondent (37,5%).rnBibliographies : 12 References (2000-2013)rnKeywords : Knowledge, Diarrhea, Elementary school student
