Based on preliminary studies that follow guarantee delivery and there are 16 people who do not follow Jampersal 14 people.rnDesign of this study is to design analytic cross sectional method. The study population was all patients, maternal and postpartum women who were 30 total sampling using. Analysis of these results using regression to test Tdan F test to determine the relation.rnThe study showed that the quality of service and there is no relation satisfaction because the value obtained P> 0.05 so it was not significant. Reliability partial value is not significant (0.506), Responsiveness was not significant (0.052), no significant Assurance (0952), no significant Empaty (0321), Tangible not significant (0.725).rnThis it can be cloncluded that there is no relationship between service quality and satisfaction to the guarantee delivery service.rnBibliography : 14 literatures (1998-2009)rnKeywords : Quality of care, satisfaction, and guarantee delivery.
